Beta Chapter
Delta Kappa Alpha was founded in 1936 at USC, originally as a group of cinematographers, with Allen K. Dallas as the first president. DKA then expanded to Boston University in 1949, but taken off campus soon after when an anti-Greek like movement expanded across the nation.
In 2013, Jovani Small found Delta Kappa Alpha while surfing the internet and decided it was something she might like to have on campus and if she would, so would others. Holding an initial meeting in the Spring of 2013, Delta Kappa Alpha was ready to go into effect in Fall 2013, with the refounding class chosen and primed to bring DKA back to its former glory.
